Our acquisition criteria focus is on the following attributes:

  • Affluent trade areas with high household median income and high levels of disposable income
  • Population of at 50K+ in the 5-mile or MSA
  • Weighted average of leases 5+ years
  • New/renovated construction within the last 10 years
  • Plaza shadowed by a major essential retailer, such as Walmart, Lowes, Home Depot, National and Regional Grocery Stores, etc.
  • Plaza anchored by a national credit tenant, such as Starbucks, Sherwin Williams, etc.
  • Strategic locations for visibility, traffic, accessibility, growth
  • Deal Sweet Spot $2M-$15
